Rock The Cure!
ItJustMakesScents™ along with Mic Check Productions, Inc., Avalon Dance and MonaVie are hosting, Rock The Cure, a fundraising event benefiting the American Cancer Society.
This will be a fun, family-friendly event with live music, live art, games and food! Please join us Saturday, August 1, 2009, as we celebrate life and raise awareness of the American Cancer Society.
Live performances will be done by Gospel hip-hop group Urban Inspiration, Multi-instrumentalist Martin Dalmasi, Dynamic and Powerful spoken word artist 13th Disciple, Hip-Hop artist Saiah And The Crew, 2K6, Pop/R&B singer Rece, Singer/guitar player Sean Evan, Avalon Dance, Cre Martin, Innocent (placed 1st as TOP HIP HOP Artist in Orlando), SGF Band (Inspirational Gospel music), Kaitlin Jones, Chelsea Wheatley, Hip Hop artist T.O.O., Day Before Dawn, The Younginz, Strange Flo, Ricardo Suarez, Orlando Bellydance and more!
Live art by the B-Side artists, a puppet show for the children courtesy of West Puppets, and face painting by Stephanie Crane. Stand up magic from The Magic of Greg Haywood. Event photography will be provided by Joe and Chrystina Lammers. Food will be available for purchase from Flavorful Experience.
Please come and support your local artists, businesses, and the American Cancer Society! We are designating a portion of the event to honor cancer survivors.
Donations can be made via this website and a portion of the proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society.

Expressions of Love, LLC., our featured sponsor, is a full service wedding planning/consultation and coordination company specializing in weddings. This new company will provide service throughout Florida as well as service to those brides wishing for a destination wedding. The young company does not as of yet have a web site. Ed Belson, CEO, has been in the hospitality and food service industry for over 30 years. Originally from New York, Ed had a catering business with event and wedding engagements. He has also provided personal chef services in the Hampton's for those with discerning tastes. In addition, he has been a Corporate Executive Chef overseeing 20 kitchens, been recognized with first place in professional competitions and has had the honor to entertain a Prime Minister of the British Virgin Islands.
